Information about the 2024 AGM
Aeeris’ 2024 AGM will be held at 10.00 am (AEDT) on Thursday, 7 November 2024, at the Border Room, Level 3, Twin Towers Conference and Function Centre, 2 Wharf Street, Tweed Heads NSW 2485.
Voting:
Shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote by lodging a directed proxy appointing the Chairman before 10.00am (AEDT) on Tuesday, 5 November 2024 using the following instructions:
STEP 1: Visit https://www.votingonline.com.au/aeragm2024
STEP 2: Enter your Postcode (if within Australia) OR Country of Residence (if outside Australia)
STEP 3: Enter your Voting Access Code (VAC) – as contained in the attached proxy
STEP 4: Follow the prompts to vote on each resolution.
